Rates:
Hourly Rate:
The hourly rate is $20.00, however, you have the option to choose a package
for better savings.
Packages:

Level 1: Gives you 10 hours of work at $18.00 per hour. Total
Package $180.
Savings of $20.00
- Level 2: Gives you 15 hours of work at $16.00 per hour. Total
Package $240.
Savings of $60.00
- Level 3: Gives you 20 hours of work at $14.00 per hour. Total
Package $280.
Savings of $120.00
Projects:
Projects will be priced according to the individual project, as opposed to
the hourly rate.
Bookkeeping
- For Existing Quickbook Users:
$350 per month with a one time $200 set-up fee
- For New Users to Quickbooks:
$350 per month with a one time fee of $300 to set up program

Payment Options
Referrals
If you refer us to a friend or business associate, and they use
our services, you will get a Gift Certificate for
one free hour! Just make sure they mention
your name.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

New clients are required to sign a contract which outlines
the details of the agreed upon work.

Final proofreading of contracts are the responsibility of
the client.

Incidentals are billable and clients are charged back on
expenses incurred with finishing projects. These include, but not
limited to: printing, shipping, postage and travel time.

Projects are billed hourly for first hour and then in 15
minute increments, unless otherwise specified.

A $35.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks and
any charge backs from credit card companies.

Acceptable payment options are checks made payable to A
Creative Office Solution, or through Paypal via
creativeoffice@nc.rr.com.

Cancellation of any services must be done in writing.
We do not offer refunds
on a pro rated basis for any service of any kind.

All fees are paid in
advance of any work being performed.
PRIVACY POLICY
A Creative Office Solution only collects
information from individuals and businesses that is required for the purpose
of providing service. We will not disclose any information collected,
unless required by law, pertaining to its clients.
